“The first playoff match will take place on Wednesday 8 May, at home, at 8.30pm: with this result, the national finals of Vis 2008 – which I thank for the support – and the 4 Torri tournament are a beautiful moment of vitality for Ferrara basketball”, introduces the president Richard Maiarelli. “AND the city participateswith many spectators in the arena: the balance of this first year is positive”.
“The team had an important championship finish, with a different approach: fights and defends, at home and recently also away. Thanks to the coach, who well interpreted the roster to reach the finish line. The playoffs are always a lottery: we are determined and aware of our abilities, but the hope is that the Ferrara of basketball rallies around the team, and supports us in the stands”.
“For the match on May 8th too the Spal will become the protagonist of an important initiative, inviting their subscribers to support us. It is a collaboration resulting from the activities carried out throughout the Ferrara sports system, merged in the Digital Alliance project”.
The CEO talks about social initiatives Stefano Michelinisocial activities: “We have achieved concrete objectives. I thank the Board of Directors, of which I am only an emanation, and all the people who work in the company. We wanted to create proselytism for our basketball with local clubs: For this we thank Vis, the Ferrara Basket School, 4 Torri and Argenta. We were looking involvement: slowly old worries are evaporatingwe’re on the right path”.
“Digital Alliance this is the important fact, thanks to the Estense Foundation which listened to our idea of creating something for all young people in sport: 17 companies have signed the pact, for 8 thousand members involved. We plan to hold 12 meetings in the next few months, including public ones, and then go to schools from next season: difficult things have valueand we will continue to work in this direction.”
“We interacted with local associations, departments, schools and universities. It’s an honor to have had all the Ferrara clubs at least once at the match in the stadium. The various tournaments of this period have a common line with Alleanza Digitale, that of training the youngest: we want Bondi Arena to become the home of sport, beauty, art and communication. Our dream is that from May 8th we will hear it positive energy that carries the team: with people in the stands to support us and not judge us, who are close to us in the most difficult moments. The dates have been announced advance ticket sales for the playoffs: the 2, 3, 6, 7 May from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at Bondi Arena. Season ticket holders will be able to confirm their seats, ticket prices will remain unchanged.
