The Under 15 Giallorossi won the first edition of the “San Giorgio Amaranto Cup”, beating Cosenza Calcio with goals from Bruno and Piccolo. Third place went to LFA Reggio Calabria who overtook Vibonese thanks to Violi’s hat-trick and Maremmano’s goal.
“This year has been a challenging season. We have met teams with very important technical backgrounds, but we have never held back and have always tried to carry forward our gaming philosophy to allow the kids to grow both from a human and sporting point of view. We are happy to have won this tournament which repays us for the work done this season. Furthermore, it was a beautiful day dedicated to the healthy values of sport” said Giallorossi coach Mario Pezzano.
US Catanzaro thanks the Amaranth club and the other clubs that participated for their hospitality and for the wonderful day of sport dedicated to fair play and healthy sporting competition.
