Azione supports Mauro Masciotti and will run on the list “Foligno Tomorrow – Masciotti mayor”. The certification in a press conference where, alongside Masciotti, there were the regional secretary of Action, Giacomo Leonelli and the candidates that the party fields in Masciotti’s civic list, Emanuele Sfregola and Anastasia Angeli.
Leonelli: “Let’s restore centrality to the city”
“Lmy presence testifies to the unity of Action in this choice: we judge the experience of government of the right in Foligno as not positive, both for administrative reasons, given the progressive loss of centrality of the city compared to its strategic role of 10/15 years ago , both for more than questionable political choices, starting with some slip-ups such as that of the patronage of the pro-Russian propaganda film”. The candidacies of were therefore made official for Action Emanuele Sfregola, 34 years old, high school teacher and member of the provincial secretariat of Action, and of Anastasia Angeli, university student and former student representative. Sfregola underlined the convergence on the figure of Masciotti “expression of the Catholic and moderate world, committed to social issues, which can well represent the programmatic demands of a liberal and popular centre, in which my personal candidacy is also reflected. Family and birth rate, work and economic development are at the center of this programmatic pact“.
