Lamezia Terme – With resolution n.95 of 24 April the Municipality of Lamezia Terme, management and valorization sector of the municipal heritage, approved the exploratory notice for the assignment of Palazzo Blasco. In essence, “in implementation of the guidelines provided by the governing body with resolution no. 116 of 15/04/2024, through “public notice and related application form, aimed at acquiring expressions of interest from university education institutions as well as of Third Sector Bodies registered with RUNTS qualified in the higher education sector, in order to create a center of excellence for university-level higher education within the municipal building called Palazzo Blasco”.
It is also specified that “the expression of interest is intended to identify the person to whom the management of the property will be entrusted, in compliance with the principles of public evidence, non-discrimination, equal treatment and proportionality; it has the sole purpose of communicating to the Municipal Administration the availability to be invited to submit offers; the exploratory notice does not constitute an invitation to tender and therefore no rankings, attribution of scores and other classifications of merit are provided; offered to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the civil code or a promise to the public pursuant to art. 1989 of the civil code and is in no way binding on the Administration”. The subjects who adhere to the exploratory notice, it is also specified “will subsequently be called to present specific projects aimed at the creation, in the building called Palazzo Blasco, of a physical center for education, training, research and innovation” .
