Dramatic road accident this morning, Wednesday 24 April, in Guidonia Montecelio. The toll is a damaged car and a boy taken to hospital.
According to the first information collected by the online newspaper of the City of the North East Tiburno.Tv, the incident occurred around 8 am at kilometer 6 of via Casal Bianco, the provincial road better known as “48”, too often the scene of accidents .
According to the initial findings of the Local Police of Guidonia Montecelio, a 21-year-old Italian was driving a Fiat Panda towards Rome, when for reasons currently under investigation he lost control, ending the journey off the road and the car overturned.
An ambulance from 118 immediately arrived on the scene and rescued the young man, who was conscious, transporting him in code yellow to the “Sandro Pertini” hospital in Rome.
In via Casal Bianco the first to intervene were the agents of the Local Police Traffic Service who closed the road to traffic for over an hour and a half and allowed rescue and accident detection operations.
At the moment it is assumed that it was an independent accident, also due to the asphalt made slippery by the rain, but the dynamics are being reconstructed.
Traffic disruptions until 10am, the road was reopened.
