Two age groups in which the registrations are divided: from 2pm on 29 April to 12pm on 6 Maythe registrations concern the children of age 6-14 years (born from 1/1/2010 to 31/12/2017, plus those born from 1/1/2018 to 30/4/2018 who attend primary school as early adopters).
From 2pm on 6 May to 12pm on 13 Maythe second round is reserved will be reserved for children 3-6 yearsthat is, those who attend or have attended nursery school or a Spring section in the 2023/24 school year (born from 1/1/2018 to 12/31/2020 plus those born from 1/1/2021 to 12/31/ 2021 advance admissions to both public and private nursery schools or enrolled in the Spring Sections).
The registrations of those who have from 3 to 14 years old, even non-residents, will open from 2pm on May 25th: applications can only be submitted for available places and only one preference can be indicated for each week chosen.
To optimize the management of access to Iperbole and to the online registration form for the summer centres, for the day of opening of registrations for i 6 to 14 yearsthey were two different queues are set up of waiting.
The first queue of waiting will manage access to Iperbole; the second is access to the online registration form for the summer centres. Parents who have already pre-filled the registration application before April 29th and only need to send it can use the personal link received at the email address indicated in the form: in this way they will be able to avoid the waiting queue on the Iperbole website and go directly to the queue waiting for the form to be sent. These same waiting queues will be activated on 6 May 2024 when registration opens for children aged 3-6 years.
THEopening day of the announcement it will be possible to connect to the portal starting thirty minutes before the opening time of the announcement and remain waiting until the opening time. Waiting does not give any precedence in submitting the application: when the notice opens, those who are already waiting will be randomly entered into the queue and therefore into the online form.
Only one question can be sent of registration to the summer centers affiliated with the Municipality of Bologna for each child: any subsequent registration applications, always sent within the opening deadlines of the notice, will be cancelled.
Applications for admission to the summer centers they will be sorted based on the date and time of sending, which must take place within the opening deadlines of the announcement. Children with disabilities always have priority: it is still necessary to register during the opening period of the call to request educational support.
The pre-compilation of applications continues until Sunday 28th
Until 12pm on Sunday 28 April it will be possible prefill the online registration form for the summer centers affiliated with the Municipality. You can pre-fill the application indicating three preferences for each week chosen; you can save the application as a draft and later modify it, but not send it.
TOthe moment of rescue in the draft application, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to the draft application. This link will be used on the day registration opens to speed up the time it takes to send the application.
Precompilation of the registration application and its saving in the reserved area do not give any priority or precedence over the order of acceptance of the applications submitted; they only give the possibility of filling out the application in advance and without any rush and therefore minimizing the time spent inside the portal on the day the application is sent. The pre-compilation date of the application is irrelevant for the purposes of the system foreseen for admission to the summer camps.
Schools open in summer
The Summer Open Schools activities, reserved for middle and high school children, will take place from 10 June to 19 July and from 26 August to 13 September 2024, with different calendars depending on the participating schools. At the nursery in July
Also for the summer of 2024 the Municipality is offering children already enrolled in municipal nursery schools or in agreements the possibility of attending nursery schools in July. Applications must be submitted by connecting to the Online Schools portal until May 7, 2024.
