During the meeting, the role that animals play in political choices was discussed: the meeting was an opportunity to discuss highly topical issues that we care a lot about, such as intensive farming, wild animals, family animals , stray animals, the use of animals in circuses. Furthermore, the regional councilor Valentina Paterna, who passed away prematurely in recent weeks, was remembered, having brought the discussion on the abandonment of the use of animals in circuses to the agenda of the regional council.
