Six leaders and trainers of the Beijing College of Social Administration in Beijing (BCSA) and members of the
Training Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, came to visit Busto Arsizio (Varese) to learn about
the activities of the ITS INCOM Academy Foundation and the work of the La Provvidenza Institute, an associated body of Uneba Varese.

On Thursday 18 April, the Chinese managers and representatives of INCOM Academy were able to visit the Integrated Day Center and some departments of the RSA of La Provvidenza. The experts had the opportunity to delve deeper into the reality of the personal care and assistance work carried out daily within the facility.
