A notice has been published for the sale of municipally owned real estate.

Lot n. 83: Villino Desii in via Desideri n. 2, Residential townhouse with a surface area of approximately 300 square metres, plus garage and appurtenant courtyard, to be restored.
Lot n. 109: warehouse room in the Case Marconi area of approximately 50 square meters, to be renovated.
Lot n. 115: ex wash house in Le Quercialong via della Capanna, to be restored.
The offers for the purchase of the buildings they must be sent to the Protocol Office of the Municipality by 1pm on 11 June 2024, in a sealed envelope. The public auction for the individual lots will always be held on Tuesday 11 June at 3pm in the Gonfalone room of the town hall.
