CREMONA – After the installation of the last support poles, Most of the work aimed at painting the new multi-storey car park in Via Dante was also completed, near the train station, which after an endless series of setbacks and postponements should finally be inaugurated by the summer; even if – as the municipal councilor for sustainable mobility specified Simona Pasquali – «there are still no certain dates regarding the delivery of the work».

For the coloring of the artefact it was decided to focus on a bright yellow; it will therefore be precisely that chromatic impact that will become the distinctive sign of the work, long awaited and which is particularly counted on to restore ‘breathing’ to the traffic in the area. With particular reference to the availability of parking spaces in a part of Cremona ‘congested’ by the needs of the school center in via Aselli and by those of the many commuters who leave for Milan every day for work or study reasons.
So, the countdown finally begins in view of the opening of the multi-storey building to motorists. An opening which at this point it is legitimate to think will take place before the start of the next school year, eliminating at the root the many inconveniences to traffic – not only automobiles – which for months have been the subject of complaints and increasingly difficult to tolerate by citizens. A rather tormented chapter, which hopefully will soon be definitively closed.
