The following vehicles are excluded from the aforementioned measures: emergency vehicles and police vehicles as well as organization vehicles used for the event.

INFO. Vehicles serving disabled people holding concessions located in prohibited areas will be able to park in the nearest neighboring streets not affected by the bans. Following these interruptions, vehicular traffic will be diverted onto neighboring roads.
Ultimately, the road “ring” constituting the perimeter of the area closed to traffic will be passable along which, however, the presence of severe slowdowns and traffic blocks cannot be ruled out in the presence of intense vehicular flows.
The Ferrovie Del Gargano bus terminal is temporarily moved from Via Galliani to Via Guglielmi. It is advisable to use a private vehicle when approaching the central areas only where this is indispensable.
Citizens are invited to follow the instructions of the police forces present in the prohibited areas.

RECOMMENDED ROUTES.
For movements with medium-range vehicles, in order to avoid crossing the central areas affected by traffic closures with consequent blocking of the same for unforeseeable periods and also coinciding with the entire duration of the event, it can be used (with direction from Via Martiri di Via Fani towards V.le Michelangelo) the ring consisting of: Via Martiri di Via Fani, Via Telesforo, Via Natola, V.le I Maggio, (V.le Michelangelo, V. Guglielmi, V.le Fortore ) or (V.le Ofanto – from V.le Michelangelo to V.le Fortore – , V.le Fortore), Via Manfredonia, Via S. Alfonso M. De’ Liguori, V.San Severo, V.le Candelaro, V Rovelli, or, where possible, the road network further outside this ring;
For long-distance travel from one part of the city to another, the external ring road (SS-673) can be used in and out of the city center using all the junctions with the exception of the one with Via Lucera – SS 17 .
To reach the railway station the following routes can be used:
– for vehicles coming from Via Manfredonia, Via San Severo, Via Napoli it is recommended to take V.le Manfredi from the intersection with Via Manfredonia/Via San Lazzaro/Via Sant’Antonio;
– for vehicles coming from Via Cerignola, Via Trinitapoli, Via Del Mare it is recommended to take V.le Fortore in the direction of Via Manfredonia and then follow V.le Manfredi.

THE PERIPHERAL AREAS. For central streets, pedestrian travel is strongly recommended as vehicles may be forced to stop and queue for unforeseen periods.
From 11:00 am to the end of the event (scheduled for around 1:00 pm) due to the closure of the route used by the athletes and the caravan up to the junction of the SS 17 towards Lucera, there may be slowdowns and queues even in the peripheral areas urban areas affected by the route itself.
It is therefore advisable to use the alternative routes indicated above, bearing in mind that the route C.so Cairoli – C.so Garibaldi – Via Fuiani – P.zza Aldo Moro – V.le Giotto – VM Altamura – V. Lucera and related connections with SS 673 (ring road) and SS 17 will not even be subject to vehicular crossings.
