Nicola Signorile in the New Special INPS Commission of Direct Farmers, Sharecroppers and Colonists

With directorial decree no. 232 of 15/03/2024 the Bari-BAT Metropolitan Area Inspectorate reconstituted the Special Commission of the INPS Committee of Direct Farmers, Sharecroppers and Settlers of BAT and appointed the new union representatives.

To determine the degree of representativeness of the nominated figures at the provincial level, the following requirements were taken into account:
a) numerical consistency of the subjects represented;
b) breadth and territorial diffusion of the organizational structures at the provincial level of each trade union organisation;
c) participation in the formation and stipulation of collective labor contracts and agreements at provincial level;
d) participation in the handling of labor disputes.

On the basis of these requirements, in addition to COLDIRETTI and CIA, emerges the UNSIC – National Union of Entrepreneurs and Farmers, represented territorially by Signorile Nicola from Barletta.

Thanks to the entry of UNSIC, with its President Domenico Mamone, into the CNEL – National Council of Economy and Labor on 27 April 2023, to the representativeness in the territory, to the widespread commitment in the territory, also and above all to the esteem and to the trust that UNSIC placed in electing Signorile Nicola as representative.

On 18 April 2024, the first call was held for the establishment of the new special commission at the INPS headquarters in Andria where COLDIRETTI, CIA and UNSIC, in the presence of the pro-tempore Director of the INPS BAT headquarters, of the pro-tempore Director of the Inspectorate Area Metropolitana Bari-BAT and the pro-tempore Director of the Territorial Accounting Office of the State of the South Adriatic Area of ​​Bari, in addition to the presentation of the new workers, will provide for the election of the President of the new Commission.
