Anguish and uncertainty continue to surround the disappearance of Milena Santirocco, a 54-year-old woman who vanished last Sunday. Local authorities, including the dive team of the yellow flames, once again went into action this morning to look for clues that could lead to her identification.
The molecular dogs of the Marche fire brigade were used to search the Lecceta di Torino di Sangro, in the hope of finding traces useful for finding Milena. However, so far, the results have been null and void, only adding more questions to a mystery already shrouded in darkness.
Meanwhile, the car belonging to Milena was removed by the authorities this morning, ahead of a scientific inspection which could reveal important details for the investigation.
While the investigations proceed, Milena’s family – her children and sister – remain near the place of her disappearance, clinging to the hope and desire to embrace her safe and sound. Their constant presence is a tangible sign of the love and support they continue to offer, even in the face of the fear and uncertainty that surrounds them.
