ANCONA – The so-called “Priority agenda” for issuing passports. The Police Commissioner of Ancona, Cesare Capocasa, liaising with the offices of the National Processing Center of the State Police based in Naples, allowed the new methods to be made operational also in the province of Ancona, as well as in the capital.

Starting today, the online diary will remain the first option of choice and the citizen will be able to obtain an appointment via Spid or CIE by registering at https://www.passaportonline.poliziadistato.it, under “access for citizens”. However, in the event that the booking date is not satisfactory because you need to have the passport within 30 days, the user can activate the “agenda priority” (accessible exclusively to Italian citizens residing in the province of Ancona), which will allow you to book an appointment as a matter of priority for study, work, health, tourism and other reasons. In this case, however, the interested party will be asked to produce the documentation proving the actual need for priority and the date of travel.

Furthermore, in the event that even the priority agenda is not able to meet the needs of the citizen, who needs the travel document in an even shorter time frame, a further function of the online Passport Agenda is available which allows print an emergency self-certification to 15 days, allowing the interested party to present themselves directly at the Passport Office, without an appointment, during opening hours. Also in this case it will be necessary to show the documentation proving the urgency requested.

The Police Commissioner has ordered the continuation of the Open Day openings of the PS police stations in the province, with access without reservations on the agenda. In the Jesi police station: 11 and 25 May; Osimo police station: 20 April and 11 and 18 May; Fabriano police station: 20 April; Senigallia police station: 20 April, 18 and 25 May. The open day of the Ancona Police Headquarters continues to be held every Thursday morning.
