An intense program of competitions for the Uisp provincial billiard finals. This is the provincial final phase of Uisp Ferrara billiards which will have ‘Il Quadrifoglio’ in Pontelagoscuro as its sole competition centre. The program will start on Monday 22 April and end on 31 May. Over a month of competitions which will see the participation of the various Uisp sports groups from throughout the province of Ferrara, which sees a total of around 900 members in the billiards sector and with around three hundred players who will participate in these final stages. In detail of the program which starts on Monday at 8pm, a first phase until 5 May, where two specific trophies will be held, respectively the ‘Marco Trazzi’ memorial single race and the ‘Maurizio Bottoni Flipper’ memorial couple race, both with qualifying heats and the finals.
Starting from May 6th to May 31st, a total of six championships will be awarded in the various championships and tournaments. The first scudetto will be on 8 May with the ‘Vittorio Barbieri’ over 60 memorial provincial championship, preceded on 6 May by the semi-finals of the ‘Città di Ferrara-serie A1’ and the preliminary round of the ‘Estense’ tournament. Other titles on May 9th with the finals of the ‘Città di Ferrara-serie A2 and serie A1’ as well as ‘Città di Ferrara-Estense’, the winners will be able to participate in the national championships. From 10 to 18 May quarter-finals, semi-finals of the A2, Master and Estense series, with the final for the latter. It continues from 19 to 25 May with the 5-player provincial championship, with the qualifying heats and the finals.
From 26 to 31 May the semi-finals and then finals of the Serie A and Serie A2 categories, as well as the Master category.
