Moncalieri flowers in celebration at the Saracco and Fiorile nurseries at the castle

Moncalieri is the capital of flowers and gardening. This is confirmed by the succession of events related to greenery in the city.

Saturday 20 April in the famous Saracco nurseries in strada Torino 41 bis the second edition of Spring in the Green, with the spectacle of thousands of flowers blooming, the presence of the first fruits of the local horticulture, in particular asparagus. All this takes place with free entry in a cheerful festive atmosphere, animated by group dances and performances by dancers from the famous Moncalierese schools: Bdm by Barbara Casto e Jds by Denise Abrate, which are a guarantee of a great show.

Flower in the Rose Garden

Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st April at Rose Garden, adjacent to the royal castle, the IX edition of Fiorile takes place. It is an event that unfolds among agricultural producers, especially of flowers and artisans: on the program there will be walks, art exhibitions, educational workshops, treasure hunts, music with the duo Strawman and Celine, a young and talented couple of artists, which offers a repertoire of various songs.
