The budget passes to the commission, now it’s up to the Regional Council

The First Permanent Commission, chaired by Roberto Di Pardo, concluded its afternoon session today after two days of hearings of regional leaders, institutions, social forces, trade organizations and associations. After carefully examining the reports presented by the rapporteurs, President Di Pardo, regarding the documents presented by the Regional Executive, and Councilor Passarelli, regarding the act presented by the Presidency Office of the Legislative Assembly, expressed their opinion in favor of the 2024 Budget. This positive opinion was then sent to the legislative chamber for final decisions.

In particular, the members of the Commission gave a positive opinion, with a vote expressed by a majority of those present, for:

· the Economic and Financial Document for the three-year period 2024/2026, on the initiative of the Regional Council, with 4 votes in favor (Di Pardo, D’Egidio, Niro and Passarelli) and 1 against (Fanelli and Gravina);

· the multi-year budget forecast of the Regional Council for the financial years 2024-2026, proposed by the Bureau of the Assembly), on the initiative of the Bureau of the Regional Council, with 4 votes in favor (Di Pardo, D’Egidio , Niro and Passarelli) and 1 against (Fanelli and Gravina);

· the proposed law n. 21, concerning, “Forecast budget of the Molise Region 2024-2026”, on the initiative of the regional council, with 4 votes in favor (Di Pardo, D’Egidio, Niro and Passarelli) and 1 against (Gravina);

· the proposed law n. 22, concerning, “Regional Stability Law 2024”, on the initiative of the Regional Council, with 3 votes in favor (Di Pardo, D’Egidio and Passarelli) and two against (Fanelli and Gravina).
