Municipality of Bergamo, the tender for the assignment of 2024 “summer” students will be online in the next few days

Bergamo. The tender for the assignment of two different areas to the city’s catering activities in view of the 2024 summer season will be online in the next few days on the portal of the Municipality of Bergamo. We are talking about the so-called “summer”, the outdoor administration spaces that the Municipality traditionally makes available to those interested from early June to early September.

There will be two spaces made available by the municipal administration: the Sant’Agostino Park and the area outside the Goisis Park. For the Martin Luther Park At Trucca, however, the availability to install a kiosk is confirmed.

The areas identified by the Council for the “summer” will be assignable from 01/06/2024 to 10/09/2024, with the following times of cessation of the administration activity:

• – from Sunday to Thursday and holidays, 01:00 the following day for the terrace and park of Sant’Agostino and for the green area outside the Goisis Park;
• – Friday, Saturday and the day before holidays at 1:00 am the following day for the terrace and park of Sant’Agostino; 2:00 am the following day for the green area outside the Goisis Park;

The space of Sant’Agostin Parko it will also be assigned taking into consideration “the lack of availability of external public spaces by the majority of businesses in the group”, while for both, priority will be given to proposals developed by groups and networks of operators and traders whose work activities are carried out in the same neighborhoods. The tender also provides a strong discount on the tariff for occupying public land.

The kiosk at the park Martin Luther at Trucca will have opening hours coinciding with the opening and closing of the park. The possibility of installing a kiosk in the Martin Lutero alla Trucca park will be assigned through an upward offer, but starting from a tender basis which provides a strong discount on the tariff for the occupation of public land.

For “summer” students, interested parties will be able to send the documentation required by the announcement no later than 12.30 pm on 05/06/2024 via the electronic desk of the Municipality of Bergamo.
