Giving voice to the former students who attended the classrooms of the San Michele Institute over the course of three generations, the video tells their story through personal experiences and testimonies, outlining the portrait of a community firmly united by the experience of shared growth and with a strong connection with the territory.
The documentary, lasting approximately 35 minutes, contains, in addition to the interviews, various photographic documentation provided by the interviewees themselves or from the Institute’s archive.
The video also has an educational value. A very important role was played, in fact, by the students of the Mach Foundation who had the opportunity to follow the interviews firsthand during the recordings of recent months and thus delve into aspects of life and school memories with the interviewees, approximately about thirty. For them it was also an opportunity to meet students of other generations, and share with them that sense of belonging and community that the FEM school has always transmitted and still transmits.
