The aforementioned devices, currently located inside the port of Molfetta, will be towed by the aforementioned SDAI unit to the point designated for blasting.
It is ordered that during bomb towing operations all units are required to navigate while maintaining a prudential safety distance of at least 100 meters and at a maximum speed of 3 knots or in any case at the minimum speed to navigate safely, placing the maximum pay attention to any reports coming from the boats involved in the transfer.
In the areas identified in the plan attached to this ordinance, during blasting operations, the body of water affected by the reclamation activities, within a radius of 500 meters from the blasting point, is closed to navigation, transit, anchoring and parking of any vehicle. naval, and in general, to any surface and underwater activity; as well as, within a radius of 1000 meters from the same point, bathing and scuba diving, sporting and professional activities are prohibited.
This Ordinance is issued within the scope of the competences of this Maritime Authority in order to regulate maritime navigation in order to protect the safety of navigation and safeguard human life at sea. Violators of this Ordinance will be punished in accordance with current legislation, based on the case violated and the type of unit possibly involved. They will however be held responsible for any damage that may arise to people or things as a result of failure to comply with the instructions given.
Anyone responsible for observing and ensuring observance of this ordinance is obliged, the publicity of which will be ensured by posting it on the noticeboard of the Port Authority and the Municipality of Molfetta, the publication on the “Ordinances” page of the institutional website www.guardiacostiera .gov.it/molfetta, as well as dissemination through information bodies.
