Pre-agreement for the supplementary decentralized collective agreement of the Municipality of Terni, there is the green light for the non-managerial staff sector. On Thursday the act was approved by the council, hence the signatures.

Csa Ral satisfied

Pre-agreement signed and story closed after the meeting on Thursday afternoon between the trade union organizations and the public sector negotiating delegation led by the personnel manager Grazia Marcucci: «As Csa Ral Terni – explains Sergio Silveri, provincial manager of the union – we express our satisfaction with the signing of the pre-agreement of the supplementary contract of the non-managerial sector. An objective that we as the CSA union had set for ourselves and we believe that it is a fundamental goal for employees who are recognized as having the best possible conditions allowed by the contractual framework, maintaining a balance between the various regulatory and economic institutions envisaged by the national contract. The signing of the supplement was reached after months of negotiations between unions and the Municipality of Terni, the largest local authority in the Terni area with around 600 workers. Today we can finally say that nothing was taken for granted and nothing was easy, but as always as Csa Ral we acted with the awareness of carrying out our role through our delegates in the best possible way to protect the workers we represent”.

Stabilizations and assembly

Silveri’s union explains that this is an agreement which «internally provides for important resources which already in 2024 allow for career enhancement of internal staff – former vertical progressions. Negotiations continue to pursue other issues open with the Municipality of Terni. First of all, a staff hiring plan that must start again as soon as possible, starting with the stabilization of the Pnrr’s fixed-term staff, the replacement of workers due to retirement and the conclusion of the local police competitions already underway. All this to provide stable work, better services and a greater perception of safety to the city. The Csa Ral has already called a staff meeting for April 24th, in the municipal library, in which we invite members and supporters to participate. We will illustrate the contents of the new decentralized system and other issues that concern all workers, and the projects that are taking shape with cohesive trade union action that is producing the first results within the organization.” We will see.
