PESCARA – In recent days, a 28-year-old homeless man present at the Pescara train station beat his dog, a Maremma puppy named Nina, first hitting her on the head and then trying to strangle her with the leash. The man was reported by the Railway Police for animal cruelty. Between yesterday and today, various associations including the Italian Association for the Protection of Animals and the Environment AIDAA moved to ask to be able to adopt the big dog and give her a new family, but the surprise was great when it was discovered that the Maremma had not been seized despite the mistreatment she suffered but it seems she even disappeared. On the issue, AIDAA will present a request for kidnapping and adoption for Nina on Monday.

“Obviously we have to find her first – write the AIDAA animal rights activists – and for this reason we ask anyone who has news or has seen Nina in recent days to write to us via wattzapp at 3479269949 attaching, if possible, a photograph of the dog and her homeless man so that she can be traced the big dog and make it safe. Finally, we would like to remind you that the episode occurred about ten days ago.”
