Reggio Calabria, ‘E-volution, the evolution of the bus species’: the new Atam vehicles

The April 22 It’s a special day: World Earth Day! It is the perfect time to reflect on the importance of ecology, recycling and sustainable mobility. And what’s better than celebrating this occasion with an exciting event?

Atam is pleased to invite you to the Event “E-volution – The evolution of the bus species“, which will be held on Monday morning in Piazza Castello, Reggio Calabria, starting at 8.45 am. It will be an opportunity for the official presentation of the first 3 new electric buses in our fleet, thus marking an ecological turning point in the transport sector.

At 10:00 Official presentation. But that is not all! This day will be a real celebration, with the involvement of schools, local institutions and authorities. There will be games, entertainment and surprises for everyone!

Educational and fun activities for everyone, such as:

• Road Education Circuit held by the municipal police command of Reggio Calabria;
• Recycling Laboratory and Creative Atelier curated by the @PlasticFree Reggio association;
• Tales in a Suitcase: readings with Kamishibai and illustrated books edited by Patrizia Flecchia;
• And let’s not forget the journey to discover the Pedibus, organized by Atam.

Furthermore, the activities will be enlivened by the presence of the Elephant Mascot of “Leditore Animazione”. We promote the sustainability and a better future for the city and for our planet.
