The Mediterranean Yoga Federation – the most authoritative and long-lived Sicilian yoga association founded in 2000 – organizes from 24 to 28 April 2024 the XX International Yoga Conference, the most awaited and institutional event, on the sea of Acireale, exactly theHotel Santa Tecla Palace . This is a significant event for an important anniversary, which recalls the presence of Ben 15 guests from all over the world.
The theme “KARMA AND YOGA: the Yoga of Action” will explore the experience of the integrality of yoga by delving into the logic that underlies the concept of Karma. There will be four days where you can learn about and practice yoga in many of its aspects, an event not to be missed, a reference meeting for the entire vast community of enthusiasts, practitioners and scholars of the yoga world.
The new location, private and evocative, will offer the opportunity to combine the commitment of yoga with moments of relaxation and sun, sharing the yogic experience with all guests.
The program, in fact, brings together Italian and international guests of value and experience that will lead the participants, with their teachings, on a journey of discovery and action.
The days include meetings and yoga classes from early morning, even outdoors if the weather permits, until late afternoon: participants will be able to choose how to follow the program, certain of the quality of each meeting.
