For the month of July, La Tana dei Curiosi presents the Tana Liberi Tutti summer camp in nature, in the greenery of Casciago for children aged 3 to 9 years.
An experience of learning and playing immersed in greenery and in the shade of large trees, with a breathtaking view of Lake Varese.
An INSIDE: large 100m2 classroom surrounded by greenery set up with games and deconstructed materials to welcome and support discoveries and discoveries in nature, for free and spontaneous play.
An OUT: mud kitchen, sandpit, pond, vegetable garden, friendly chickens and green meadows to find your freedom and a slow time in connection with nature.
Space and practical things
The summer camp is reserved for children aged 3 to 9 years who will experience the spaces and activities in small ways distinct groups, divided by age groups and will share moments of common life.
The children will be accompanied on their journey by nature companions, educators, environmental guides, artistsall people who have been collaborating with the association for a long time and who always lead the children’s group according to the Tana approach: slow, curious and attentive.
The weather at our summer camps is a slow time, which allows children to find a step back to the rhythm of nature and their own creativity. Alongside the slow and free time left to the children, the curious ones at the Tana propose more structured activities starting from the interests of children (collections, observations with the microscope, drawing, painting, clay manipulation, hunts for nature’s treasures, land art, painting with natural colours, carpentry workshops, music…).
