Naples continues to collect record numbers regarding tourism. But that’s not all: according to a ranking drawn up by Holidua booking portal for holiday homes and apartments, Naples was the fourth most chosen destination by Italians for the May 1st long weekend.

May 1st is certainly one of the most popular long weekends for spending a few days of vacation away from the daily routine, also by virtue of its proximity to another public holiday, namely April 25th. Holidu, a booking portal for holiday homes and apartments, has drawn up a ranking of the most chosen destinations to spend this period and, without arousing particular amazement, Naples placed fourth in Europe.

Leading the ranking is Barcelonafollowed by Paris. The bronze medal goes to Romejust before Naples. Palermo closes the top 5. Florence, Rimini and Sanremo between positions 6 and 8, while Palma de Mallorca and New York complete the top 10.
