An immersive and unique experience of drag theater within nature. This is the experience he will try to bring to life Demeter, sparkling Drag Queento the participants of the event Queer Botanyscheduled Saturday 4 May in Varese.
Demetra, a Drag Queen with a sparkling personality, will guide participants on a journey that delves into the most intriguing aspects of the plants that surround us. Colorful, shape-shifting and gender-fluid organisms that reflect our own diversity. Knowing them is a tool to open ourselves to new points of view on the world. And to discover that, as Demetra states in a memorable scene of the show, “a Drag Queen and a botanist can reach the same conclusions”.
The event will be divided into two rounds, the first starting at 3.30 pm and the second at 6.00 pm, both at the Giardini Estensi in Varese. The duration is 90 minutes, while the maximum number of participants is 35 (for each performance).
