Over the weekend of 13-14 April, the eleventh edition of the “Tutti, ma proprio Tutti in H2O” Trophy took place in Brescia. There Rari Nantes Legnano showed up with 21 participating athletes, 2 teams and 6 doubles registered for the competitions. Excellent performances in synchro.

Rare Nantes Legnano: excellent performances in synchro

Saturday afternoon opened with the Girls category doubles competition. Petra Criscino and Sofia Sangiovanni were in the water, unfortunately a few too many errors jeopardized the race and did not allow the desired result to be achieved. The afternoon continued with the Junior Ex-Ago Gaia Farioli and Andrea Maria Pantaleone who achieved a good 6th place, with a very difficult exercise well performed.

Immediately afterwards, Martina Meraviglia and Annalisa Comerio took to the water and performed the exercise very well and were rewarded with an excellent 9th place, their first experience at this trophy.
Then it was the turn of Giorgia Moroni and Sophie Rallo, who competed in the Assoluta Ex-Ago category. They went into the water calmly and demonstrated that they knew how to do their exercise well, even placing fifth.

Sunday races

Thus ended a first day of racing with quite a few satisfactions. Sunday morning, an early wake-up call for the young girls who opened the morning with a team exercise, performed precisely and convincingly. Sangiovanni Sofia, Criscino Petra, Alessia Ceriotti, Viola Falchi, Sofia Cortellazzi, Rachele Ardizzoia Iodice and Rebecca Pulito achieved a splendid fourth place.

It was then the turn of the Junior team, made up of Greta Cristoni, Greta Pastore, Martina Meraviglia, Annalisa Comerio, Beatrice Cristalli, Beatrice Garegnani, Cecilia Rinaldo and Serena Galbiati. The arm part was very good, the leg part a little less so, and the exercise overall earned them 18th place. However, the score is good: 61,500 points.

The closing of the matches with the double debutants

The two days of competitions ended with the doubles of our A rookies. The first to get into the water were Viola Falchi and Sofia Saakashvili who, after a long day of competitions, still managed to perform an excellent exercise. Finally, Rachele Ardizzoia Iodice and Rebecca Pulito performed their exercise very cleanly, without making any mistakes, and brought the company an excellent 24th place out of 46 double participants.

“It was a long and tiring weekend, but we technicians – Cleofe Bonavia and Martina Tiraboschi – are really happy with how the girls, especially the smaller and less experienced ones, approached the race, despite their understandable nervousness. The most grown-ups are now a guarantee and we are already working to improve routines and achieve new goals.”
