A celebration of sport and the environment that will be staged on Saturday 20 April, when the finish line of the stage that will start from Montefalcione (in the province of Avellino) will be positioned in the area in front of the Ciaravolo municipal villa in Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

The arrival of the first athletes is expected shortly after 3.30pm. To allow the competition to take place in complete safety, both for the competing athletes and for the public present on the roadside, and on the basis of the indications received from the Naples traffic police, the autonomous municipal police sector has prepared a specific ordinance with which establishes limitations relating to parking and vehicular transit along the arteries affected by the race.

In particular, for Saturday 20 April a parking ban will be established with forced removal on both sides from 6 am to 6 pm and a traffic ban from 1.30 pm and until all the athletes have passed through the following streets: via Nazionale (from ‘intersection with via Porta to the intersection with viale Europa), viale Europa, via Litoranea, via Alcide De Gasperi, via Nazionale (from the intersection with via De Gasperi to the intersection with via Circumvallazione), via Circumvallazione (from the intersection with via Purgatory at the intersection with via Marconi), via Marconi, via De Nicola (from via Marconi to the intersection with via Tironi-Benedetto Croce), via Benedetto Croce, corso Vittorio Emanuele. Furthermore, a parking ban and a ban on vehicular circulation are established from 1.00 am to the end of the event in Corso Vittorio Emanuele (from the intersection with via Circumvallazione to the intersection with via Roma-via Diego Colamarino). Finally, a ban on vehicular traffic is established from 1.30 pm to the end of the event in via Madonna del Principio and via Cesare Battisti.

Police and emergency rescue vehicles, any authorized vehicles and those accompanying the athletes are excluded from this provision.
