Separate seals of the quarry in Via Riserva Nuova in Aprilia carried out by the Foresters: the provision has been validated
The judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Latina, Laura Morselli, validated the seizure occurred at the end of March and carried out by the Pontine Forestry Carabinieri. The provision confirms the accusatory framework formulated by the investigators.
In fact, last March 20, around 10 thousand square meters inside the Stradaioli srl quarry in Via Riserva Nuova in Aprilia were seized. The seals were placed, as mentioned, by the Nipaaf Carabinieri of Latina who, following an inspection, seized the area subject to site restoration work as the extraction phase is no longer in progress there.
The quarry, being exhausted, must however be restored from an environmental point of view and to do so a whole series of measures are needed in the material that is supplied. Measures that would not have been carried out.
The Foresters, on the other hand, would have highlighted a transfer of inert building materials, without them having been treated first, practically a sort of landfill inside the quarry. Among the waste found there are construction waste, iron and other material for over 20 thousand cubic meters. Nipaaf proceeded to report the company director.
