BOLZANO. In Bolzano in March the index of consumer prices for the entire community – Nic with tobacco – records one decrease of 0.1% compared to last February, while compared to March 2023 it marks +1.3% (last February this annual value was still equal to +1.7%).
The corresponding values of the Nic index without tobacco this month are respectively: -0.1% And +1.4%.
The greatest cyclical increase (i.e. compared to last month) is recorded in the division Transport (+1.0%), followed by Clothing and footwearas well as from Health services and health expenditure (both +0.7%).
The three divisions are down compared to last February: Communications (-0.8%), Housing, water, electricity and fuelAnd Hospitality and catering services (all at – 0.7%); furthermore, the divisions also fell Alcoholic drinks and tobacco, Recreation, entertainment and culture (both -0.3%) and finally Furniture, articles and services for the home (-0.1%).
Only the division is unchanged compared to the previous month Instruction.
The greatest trend increase (i.e. compared to the same month of the previous year) was recorded in March 2024 in the Health Services and Health Expenditures division (+6.3%); followed by the Accommodation and Catering Services divisions (+4.9%), Other goods and services (+4.1%), and Food products and non-alcoholic beverages (+3.3%).The divisions Housing, Water, Electricity & Fuels (-14.7%), and Communications (-6.5%). No division remained unchanged compared to March 2023.
