Everything is ready for the twentieth edition of the Festival “From the Mississippi to the Po“: the literary and musical event that winds along the Via Emilia and the Piacenza valleys, organized by Fedro Cooperativa, was presented on Thursday 18 April at Palazzo Farnese together with the all-female event, “Klimt’s Ladies” now in its fourth edition. The collaboration with the Municipality of Piacenza and the support of the Piacenza and Vigevano Foundation are fundamental.

The concert celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the Festival is highly anticipated, which coincides with Fedro’s birthday: June 28th at Palazzo Farnese (forty years after the release of “Fabrizio de André and PFM in concert”) PFM itself arrives on the stage of the Farnese in Piacenza with “PFM canta De André Anniversary”, a tour that pays homage to that fortunate partnership.

Don’t miss the concert Eugenio Finardi “Anima Blues” at the Salone degli Arazzi of the Alberoni College in Piacenza on May 25th. Within the Piacenza program, the evening of May 27th is also dedicated to raising funds for “Africa Mission”.

To open the program of the exhibition Klimt’s LadiesThursday 13 June at 9.30 pm there will be “Un’ultima cosa”, the show by and with the journalist Concita De Gregorioaccompanied by live music by Erica Mou: a representation that “celebrates the feminine and its firepower, its beauty, its strength, its light”.
With a capacity of around 400 seats, the former Caserma Cantore will also host the concert of Nada with his latest album “Fear goes away by itself if thoughts shine” again for Klimt’s Ladies. The garden of the Ricci Oddi Gallery will instead be the ideal place to host two literary meetings with authors of national caliber in the month of July.
