Casting for a film in Potenza! Here’s how to participate

Baby Films Srl of Romewith the support of Lucana Film Commission organizes of the auditions for the completion of the cast of the film DON QUIXOTE by Fabio Segatori with Alessio Boni in the leading role, Marcello Fonte (Palme d’Or in Cannes) e Angela Molina.

Filming of the film is scheduled from 6 May to 14 June 2024 in the gullies area, between Pisticci, Montalbano Ionico and Aliano (MT).

The The film is freely based on a play by Gerardo Guerrieri great author, screenwriter and director from Matera written in 1978 with Mariano Rigillo.

For this reason, for the value of the cast and for the Lucanian territories chosen to set the story of one of the most visionary and well-known characters in world literature, the Lucana Film Commission will support the production in Basilicata of two of the total six weeks of production of Don Quixote .

Those selected will be called Tuesday 23 April from 10:00 to 13:00 at the Malvaccaro Social Center, in via Raffaele Danzi,2, 85100 in Potenza and from 15:00 to 18:00 at the “Guerrieri” Theater of Matera, in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, 23.
