The disinfestation of all municipal premises, both central and peripheral, has been scheduled. This is established by a provision from the Municipal Council of Marsala, setting April 26th as the day on which the intervention aimed at making the work environment healthy and hygienic will be carried out, both for the employees and for the users who flock there. . So, long weekend for municipal employees, given that April 25th, Thursday, is Liberation Day and that April 27th and 28th are Saturday and Sunday respectively.
Interested in disinfestation, in addition to the offices in via Garibaldi, are those in c/da Ponte Fiumarella (Autopark), via Giovanni Falcone (Social Services), Piazza Paolo Borsellino (Technical/urban planning sector) and Via Ernesto del Giudice (Municipal Police), as well as the related branch offices. Considering that specific chemical substances will be used that are incompatible with the presence of municipal staff and citizens, the closure of the aforementioned municipal offices has therefore been ordered for next April 26th. The day of employee absence will be counted towards the holiday account.
