Online conference + Constitution of Marche Codes

Today 18 April 2024, at 6pm the provincial delegations of Ancona, Macerata and Pesaro Urbino of Codici, an association for the defense of citizens’ rights, will create the regional association CODICI Marche

The event, which will take place online, will see two significant moments:
At 6.00 pm a conference entitled CODES Marche: alongside the citizens will be held
to face new challenges. The meeting, open to all citizens, will explore issues in depth
highly topical and of strong interest to consumers, with the contribution of experts from
sector:
 Carmine Laurenzano, lawyer: Collective actions
 Roberto Eduardo, president; Presidium Debitores;: How to exit the
over-indebtedness
 Gianfranco Dote; CEO SYHO: The social value securitization tool
(SYHO)
 Paolo Scapellato; medical psychologist, president of the Praxis Association: Ludopathy 2.0:
crypto and gambling
Also speaking will be the national secretary of Codes, lawyer. Ivano Giacomelli and Davide
Zanon, head of the Code Projects Department.
The Constituent Assembly of CODE Marche Ets will follow at 7.00 pm, during which
the new social bodies of the regional association will be elected.

CODES Marche Ets was born with the aim of protecting the rights of citizens, promoting the
culture of legality and the active participation of citizens in social, economic and life
politics of the region. The association aims to offer citizens consultancy services and
legal assistance, to organize information and awareness campaigns on the issues of
consumer rights, environmental protection and administrative transparency.
CODES Marche Ets is open to all citizens who wish to contribute to the construction
of a more just and supportive society.
