There are many players I know well and I know they will do everything to bring home a positive result. However, we don’t want to interrupt our home numbers (34 points won)”, continues Banegas, “and obviously in these remaining days we will continue to train as best we can without leaving anything out. It’s an important, fundamental race, I would say as decisive as the other two that will arrive. I want to end the season with as many points as possible. And I know that this is the same intent of the group.” Banegas is therefore motivated and convinced, despite the pace of a Campobasso that has never been tamed. The calculations will be made in the end and, even if the title of top scorer is of little interest to the Argentine number 10, the “Pocho” is already ready to rejoice together with his fans again, to strengthen a lasting love relationship.
