Campania, Ciarambino: “A 12-month extension for the competition rankings of the Region and Local Health Authority”

«For years I have been fighting for the progression of rankings in our region and today I presented a bill to extend by twelve months all the rankings already approved by the Campania Region and the local health authorities – he declares Valeria Ciarambino, Vice President of the Campania Regional Council and member of the Mixed Group – It is a virtuous operation, which will allow us to reduce the costs of further insolvency procedures and quickly introduce new forces into the regional public administration, also given the stringent deadlines for implementation of the Pnrr – explains Ciarambino – In a region like Campania where work is a priority and youth unemployment numbers are dramatic, it is sacrosanct to give the opportunity of a job to those who have passed a competition drawing from these rankings, some of which are forthcoming upon expiration, also to allow our qualified young people to stay here and not be forced to emigrate. Two years of validity of the rankings are often too short to allow them to be scrolled, given the slowness of the procedures in the public administration. We are faced with a discipline that fully falls within the competence of the Region in terms of office organization and my proposal is in line with similar provisions already launched by numerous Regions and not challenged by the national government. I am sure that this initiative will meet with the support of thousands of citizens of Campania who, after much study and effort to pass a competition, then experience the frustration of a ranking that expires and see the dream of a job that never arrives fade” concludes Ciarambino.
