★ VIDEO★ OLBIA. The Joyce Lussu prize, dedicated to the partisan, writer and poet who passed away in 1988, went to Paolo Fresu, the world-famous musician from Berchidda. The award, now in its third edition, organized by the ANPI, National Association of Italian Partisans, Gallura section, in collaboration with the municipality of Olbia and the Enrico Berlinguer Foundation, was awarded by Domenico Piccinnupresident of ANPI Gallura.

The event, in front of an audience largely made up of students of the Scientific High School and Ipia Amsiocora, was attended by, among others, the national president of ANPI Vincenzo Calò the deputy mayor of Olbia Sabrina Serra.

The prize, represented by a wooden poppy made by IPIA students under the artistic direction of the teachers Ciro Punzo and Sandro Pirina “aims to become a fixed event in the calendar of cultural events of the city of Olbia – said Domenico Piccinnu – in support of the founding values ​​of our community, against inequalities, marginalization, fascism and every form of prejudice”.
