After the excellent results achieved by the actions implemented by the operators of Bar.SASpA, in concert with the municipal administration and to safeguard the healthiness of the city environment, the activities begun on April 1st are confirmed and strengthened for all the following months. However, the excessive proliferation of insects following the exceptional heat of recent weeks will be contained with an extraordinary intervention in the next few days, in addition to the calendar already planned.
«Despite robust planning and the first intervention at the beginning of April, our work can and must take into account the changed climatic conditions». The president of the Board of Directors Dr. Alfonso Maria Mangione promptly intervenes following the extraordinary climatic situation.
«Exceptional situations of such high temperatures have led us to multiply our efforts: we confirm further interventions of anti-larval treatments especially to contain the dipteran population – clarifies Mangione – and I have personally prepared, after appropriate discussions with the municipal administration, further interventions. We will maintain very high vigilance as the situation evolves. It is important that the Barletta environment is and remains as healthy as possible.”
This activity will be carried out by Bar.SA operators in agreement with the municipal Environment Department and the entire municipal administration.
