THE PRESIDENT OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL

Pursuant to art. 30 of the municipal statute, convenes the municipal council, For Monday 22 April 2024 at 4.00 pm in extraordinary session of 1st call with the continuation, in the “Gianni Carnicella” Council Room – Palazzo Giovene, for the discussion of the following topics:

AGENDA

1. Approval of minutes of previous sessions (29 November – 15 – 18 December 2023 – 24 January – 07 February 2024);
2. New Municipal Regulation for “Door to Door” waste collection. Approval;
3. Regulation for the application of TARI – Amendments;
4. Waste tax (TARI); Tariff plan for the management of municipal solid waste and urban hygiene services for the financial year 2024;
5. 96 of the TUEE.LL. n. 267/2000. Identification of collegial bodies deemed indispensable – Year 2024.
