autistic child present at school and rehabilitation center at the same time, the mother reports

An autistic child from Afragola was present at school and at the rehabilitation center at the same time, during the hours of his therapies. The case is reported by the mother of little Andrea, who was already a victim of discrimination in a private school in the municipality a few years ago.

Double appearances and ghost activities:

“My son Andrea is not at school on Wednesdays in second period because he is at the Aias center in Afragola for his therapies,” explains his mother. “The same happens on Friday in fifth period. But by checking the electronic register, I discovered that on both days he was present at school, even during activities that he was never able to do because he was at the rehabilitation center.”

“Even more serious,” continues the woman, “is that the register reported fake activities even in the early hours of the morning, when Andrea is still at home because he only enters school in the second period.”

Complaint and request for justice:

Faced with these obvious inconsistencies, Andrea’s mother turned to the association “Andrea’s Battle”, born right after the story of the Christmas play denied to the child. The association has already given a mandate to the lawyer to report the incident.

Adding insult to injury:

“Not only was my son marked as present at school when he was elsewhere,” the mother reports, “but he even carried out activities that he was never able to do. This is unacceptable and represents insult to injury.”

A case that raises questions:

Andrea’s story raises questions about the management of the electronic register and the protection of the rights of children with disabilities. The association “Andrea’s battle” and the child’s family are asking for the matter to be shed light on and for those responsible to be sanctioned.

Request for clarification and protection of rights:

The Afragola episode highlights the need to strengthen controls and transparency in the management of school data, especially with regard to children with disabilities. It is essential that their rights are always respected and protected, avoiding discrimination and negligence that can cause further suffering to these already fragile children.
