“It’s a conspiracy against me, you don’t want to investigate.” These were the heavy statements addressed to the deputy prosecutor Gerardina Cozzolino and to the single judge Alessandra Cesare of the court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, by SDC, a 60-year-old from Aversa, a civilian employee of the Ministry of Defense at the army ammunition depot in Carditello . The 60-year-old, assisted by the lawyer Maurizio Capasso, ended up on trial for threatening a public official, attempted private violence and contempt. He was sentenced to a suspended prison sentence of one year. While the verdict was being read, the accused let out some remarks towards the judges.

According to what was ascertained by the Sammaritan Prosecutor’s Office in April 2019, SDC threatened the Army colonel, supply department head of the 10th Cermint, to force him to omit a complaint made to the civilian employee. As the officer proceeded the protest insulted him. As the colonel drove away in his car, he chased him and tried to get inside the passenger compartment, an event that did not occur thanks to the intervention of another officer. The 60-year-old was also sentenced to pay a provisional amount of 3000 euros in favor of the civil party represented by the lawyer Giuseppe Conte.
