Heartbreaking loss for the world of entertainment: one of Rai’s longest-serving and most beloved collaborators has lost her battle against a serious illness. The artist’s passing has plunged numerous well-known faces from showbiz into her sadness, who wanted to say goodbye to her on social media. Among them too Alberto Matano, inconsolable for the loss of not only a collaborator, but also a friend.
The host of La Vita in Diretta used very sweet and touching words to remember her, moving social media. Bianca Berlinguer also greeted her during the episode of È semper Cartabiancaholding close to her family and colleagues who showed her support and love until the end.
The woman, just 58 years old, she passed away due to pancreatic cancer that she discovered only a year and a half agoand with whom she fought tooth and nail, but to whom unfortunately she had to surrender. “She had to endure severe pain, because you know that this disease, unfortunately, when caught in an advanced stage, as happened to her, leaves no escape. She endured those pains with the smile, sympathy and joy that she communicated to us throughout her life.” Berlinguer explained, evidently excited.

Francesca Forgia, 58 years old, had worked in Rai since 1995 as a make-up artistand over the course of her long career she took care of the look of many of the most famous faces on Viale Mazzini. “Hi Francesca, here we were in Trieste a couple of years ago… you have been and will remain light. Now without your irony and your smile the make-up room will never be the same…❤️” wrote Alberto next to some photos that portray them together.
Among the many programs on which he worked, there are also Tale and Quale Show and Who has seen it?: the editorial staff of the program hosted by Federica Sciarelli were among the first to mourn her passing, publishing a post on Facebook dedicated to her. Under Matano’s Instagram post, comments from Jessica Morlacchi and Valeria Altobelli soon appeared: “I was lucky enough to have you as a make-up artist on Tale e Quale Show… 2 wonderful months of great chats… I won’t forget you France” wrote the former talent show contestant.
Bianca Guaccero, Forgia’s great friend, is inconsolable, “How do we do it, how can we do it now without you. I will try to transform the pain into something that can redeem everything you have left inside me. But not now… I can’t do it.”
