“My friend, how do we do it, how can we do it now without you”: thus begins the long letter that Bianca Guaccero addressed to Francesca Frongia, a makeup artist who shared various work experiences with her on TV, but above all her great friend, disappeared in the last few hours. In the post published on Instagram the presenter chose a photo that depicts her with Francesca: no reference to the causes of the woman’s disappearance, only the memory of the beautiful time spent together and the hope that the pain felt in this moment will be transformed “into something that may I redeem everything you left inside me” is entrusted to Instagram. Now, however, the suffering is truly immense: “Not now, I can’t”, we read, “I can’t contain this pain, not think about how much I will miss you. About your voice. How unique you were, he knows well who knows you.”
Bianca Guaccero continues by thanking her Francesca for all the good she has shown her: “As you told me the last time, when I told you: ‘kill how many cups you have in your house!’, and you replied: ‘who has many cups in the house, it means that he has many friends, and I have many friends, I was lucky’… But you were not lucky, you had many friends, because it was impossible not to love you. You were a volcano, a riot of jokes one after the other and how many, how many laughs we had… One more clownish than the other. So many moments shared. So many reflections, but always with your ironic and irreverent spirit”.
The presenter and the make-up artist met in 2008 in Sanremo, then continuing their collaboration also in Such and Such Show, in the 2015 edition. Guaccero continues: “We met in Sanremo 2008, your art, your talent, struck me as much as your personality. Since then our lives have been inextricably intertwined. When we did ‘such and what show’, I can’t forget that you spent a sleepless night because you had to transform me into our common myth, Michael Jackson… because you cared too much, you wanted to make it perfect. But everything you did was perfect. You managed to transform me into anyone My face was your canvas. And you created, like a painter, managing to bring out the maximum beauty and light in everyone.” Finally: “Thank you my friend. For always being by my side. In the successes, in the falls, in the misadventures and in the simple days lived. It has been a privilege to share my work with you, and it has been a gift of life, sharing a long and unforgettable part of the journey hand in hand”, she concluded: “As I always tell you: ‘I love you so much my friend’… and thank you, thank you a thousand times… for being my cup of tea”.
