“Strange, advertising without our knowledge”

“Anyway, it’s strange, there is someone who every now and then decides to send advertising without our knowledge”: a full-blown outburst from Milo Infante to 2pm on Rai 2. The journalist was covering the case of Giada Zanola, the 34-year-old originally from Brescia who was pushed over the parapet on the A4 motorway overpass, when there was the interruption. The criminologist Ruberta Bruzzone was talking about her at the exact moment the commercial was aired.

Upon returning to the studio, the host added: “We absolutely ask sorry to our viewers. So I want to explain that it’s not us who have gone crazy, but unfortunately I don’t know how far you’ve gotten with Dr. Bruzzone’s intervention.” Finally he commented: “Okay, apart from this unforeseen event, let’s move on and resume from what we were saying before advertising”.

Despite this, Infante can count on excellent ratings. His program seems to have a hard core of viewers who follow it faithfully, allowing the journalist to achieve very good figures well above the network average. Meanwhile, it has already been confirmed that the broadcast will also return in the next television season at the usual time.
