The catchphrases of summer 2024 resonate (already) in the heart of Rome: from 11 to 14 June the Tim Summer Hitshosted by Carlo Conti And Andrea Deloguwho in the previous two editions had led the event with Stefano De Martino and Nek respectively.
The four marathons with free entry – entry starting from 8pm – kick off the capital’s summer season. «Being able to bring all these artists to Piazza del Popolo for four free evenings is a source of pride for us», says the mayor of Rome Roberto Gualtieri, who presented the event in the Campidoglio this morning, together with the two hosts. «We challenge the clichés that have marked this city for many years: Rome is a living city», adds the councilor for major events, sport, tourism and fashion Alessandro Onorato. There will be a total of 78 artists who will sing during the four evenings, which will then be revived on Rai1 for as many events starting from Friday 28 June (and then on 7 July, 12 and 19 July, as well as an episode with the “best ” of the season”, on 26 July), and at the same time on Rai Radio2.
