Fusilli with salmon: the recipe with vodka

The first thing you need to do to prepare this dish is cut your piece of salmon and cook it in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and a little vodka or grappa. The addition of this ingredient will give more boost to your dish but obviously it is not recommended if there are children at the table. In the meantime you have to cook the fusilli in a pan with plenty of salted water.

When you get halfway through cooking and the salmon is ready, remove it from the pan. Then drain the pasta al dente, pour it into the pan moving it from the flame, add the pepper and also a few ladles of cooking water and risotto the pasta. If you like the taste, in this case you can help yourself by adding a little bit of cooking cream, typical of the 80s recipe.
