This would be Giovanna Dossena, who leads AVM Gestioni sgr, an investment vehicle that would be interested in Alchimia, which in turn controls the manager of the Ferragni brand, Phoenix.

The operation would be aimed mainly at strengthening the company’s position after a very difficult 2023, due to the series of scandals involving Chiara Ferragni, above all that of the pandoro Balocco. Negotiations seem to have started and are starting from an agreement that fell through last year.

AVM, Fenice and Alchimia, all the companies that revolve around Chiara Ferragni

Chiara Ferragni seeks members. According to what was reported by the newspaper Il Messaggero, the influencer is in negotiations to bring some entrepreneurs into the company that controls his brand. The objective would be to strengthen the structure after a very complicated 2023, which led some of its companies, in particular Fenice, to record a balance sheet deficit.

In 2023 Chiara Ferragni was involved in a case of false advertising together with the confectionery company Balocco. During Christmas the previous year, the influencer had signed a Balocco pandoro with his own brand, linking the initiative to a charitable donation to a Turin hospital. The advertising campaign would have suggested that part of the proceeds from the sales of the sweets would be donated, when in reality the amount to be donated had already been decided previously.

The Chiara Ferragni brand is managed by Phoenix, a company whose primary shareholder is another company, Alchemy. It is precisely the shares of this company that are interested in AVM Gestioni srg, an investment vehicle controlled by Giovanna Dossena: “Alchimia and AVM have a positive dialogue underway to build a broad relationship of collaboration and multi-year partnership of which Fenice srl constitutes only one of the components aimed at making investments in the Italian and foreign Venture world, in order to valorise in the best way the interests of the respective shareholders. In December when the Balocco case occurred we wanted to reconsider the situation” commented Alchimia itself.
