There relationship between Carlotta Mantovan and Fabrizio Frizzi was a true love story. The two met during the 2001 edition of the Miss Italia beauty contest, which saw the Venetian come close to winning by a whisker. The couple then met again a year later, when she acted as a host on one of the many programs hosted by Fabrizio, and from that moment on they never left each other again.
Both rather reserved, they have never made much talk about them, trying to maintain as much privacy as possible about their relationship. After more than ten years together, in 2013 they became parents for the first time to little Stellaand the following year they decided to get married in the presence of their closest relatives and friends.

The news is obviously terrible for the person concerned, but also for Carlotta, who from that moment on does not leave him for a moment, accompanying him and helping him during the recordings of his programs. Unfortunately, a second illness was fatal, and at the end of March 2018, Fabrizio lost his battle leaving an unfillable void in the woman and all her fans.
After attending her husband’s funeral at the Artisti church in Piazza del Popolo in Rome, the journalist and former model withdraws into herself, disappearing from the spotlight for long months, inconsolable at having lost her great love and determined to dedicate herself to her daughter. The couple’s admirers have always rooted for her, hoping that after so much sadness she could finally smile again thanks to a special person, and also hoping that he would return to work on TV, perhaps a way to distract himself from her suffering.
This happened in recent times: Carlotta accepted Milly Carlucci’s invitation, participating as a competitor in the last edition of Dancing with the Stars.
