To stay young, Alejandra Rodríguez prefers organic food, keeps fit with physical exercise and follows healthy habits. «The fundamental thing is to have a healthy life, eat well, do physical activity. Normal things. Nothing too extraordinary,” she admitted. “As well as a bit of genetics.” On her Instagram account, she explained that she likes «nature, the sun, tranquility, sitting in front of the sea and listening to the sound of the waves, meditating. And animals too: she believes we have a lot to learn from them.”
